2. Service UsageFlareRise provides promotional engagement services. Users agree to utilize our platform in compliance with the individual Terms of Service of the social networks involved (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). We are a third-party provider and are not affiliated with these platforms.
3. Delivery PolicyWe strive for industry-leading delivery speeds. While most orders begin within 0–3 hours, delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees. During platform updates or high-volume periods, delays may occur.
4. Service IntegrityTo ensure your order is completed successfully, FlareRise reserves the right to upgrade your service to a higher-quality server at no additional cost to you if the original server is experiencing maintenance.
Refund Policy
Refunds & Cancellations
Failed Orders: If a service cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued to your account balance.
In-Progress Orders: Once an order has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the resources have already been deployed.
Account Balance: Deposits made to FlareRise are final; however, they never expire and can be used for any service on our platform.
